Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Class Registration & Payment
Registration and payment for classes are handled through our booking provider. Refund and cancellation policies are described at booking.
Conduct & Liability Waiver
Parkour training carries inherent physical risk. All participants (or their guardian) must sign our liability waiver prior to training.
Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Level Up Parkour Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
